The whole product, uncapped.

The beta is not a demo build or a feature-limited tier. It is what ships, with the meter turned off.

01

No limits while it is a beta

Every plan cap is switched off. Search, audition and place as much as you want, for as long as the beta runs.

02

Resolve and Premiere, both

The SynCut window for Resolve, a panel for Premiere, one engine. Same catalog and the same placement behaviour whichever one you are cutting in.

03

The license on every track

Each result shows the license its creator released it under, with a link back to the source, so you can check it fits the job.

Install, sign in, swap.

01

Install SynCut

One signed installer. It puts the SynCut app in Applications, adds SynCut to the Workspace → Scripts menu in Resolve, and runs a small local engine that reads the timeline you already cut. Premiere Pro gets its panel as a second download.

02

Sign in with your email

No password. The SynCut window asks for your email, you paste in the code it sends, and your account is live. That account is what carries your matches.

03

Keep your cuts, swap the music

SynCut reads the cut points already in your timeline, finds tracks whose beats land on them, and places the one you pick.

Before you install.

What does the beta cost?

Nothing. No card, no trial clock, no monthly cap. Paid plans come later, and nothing about your account changes without plenty of warning first.

Where does it show up in my editor?

In DaVinci Resolve: Workspace → Scripts → SynCut opens the SynCut window with your timeline already loaded. In Premiere Pro: Window → Extensions (UXP) → SynCut opens the panel. The SynCut window itself lives in Applications, like any Mac app.

What do I need to run it?

A Mac with Apple Silicon, and DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro. Windows is coming, but it is not here yet — if you are on Windows, leave your email and you will hear from me when it lands.

Is the installer signed?

Yes. It is signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS installs it without a Gatekeeper warning.

What are you expecting from beta testers?

Use it on real work and tell me where it falls down. A one-line email about a match that felt wrong is worth more to me than a polite five-star note.

Can I use the tracks in paid client work?

SynCut surfaces tracks their creators released under licenses that allow commercial use without attribution, and shows that license on every result. SynCut is a discovery tool, not the licensor, so check the license fits your project — especially broadcast or paid advertising.
